Sample Juicing Recipe

Juicing is not difficult and is worth the effort to raise the body's alkalinity and feed your body essential vitamins and nutrients! Be creative with what you add.

Ingredients Quantity Directions
Apple 1 Including skin
Asparagus 4-6 Stalks
Celery 1-2 Stalks
Beets 1 Small
Parsley Small Bunch
Kale Bunch Alternate greens & other items to "push" greens through better
Spinach Bunch Alternate greens & other items to "push" greens through better
Fresh Ginger Small Slice Remove Skin
Lemon 1/4 Lemon Including peel
Make freshly made juice each time and drink it at least 1-2 times per day
The foam on top is really important to drink too
Do not make it and let it sit
add these later: Wheat grass, cucumber, Orange, strawberries Cabbage, Celery, Cilantro, etc.
